Cost Effectiveness
With D&A, there is no need to hire an in-house marketing professional or marketing staff.
The base salaries are only part of the cost in hiring; there are additional costs such as FICA,
insurance, bonus, profit sharing, etc. Typically, there are 10 paid holidays each year and a
minimum of two weeks’ vacation. There are also other costs associated with hiring staff, such
as job posting and advertising, reviewing resumes and interviewing expenses. When you
outsource your marketing functions to D&A, you pay only for the work that is being
performed.

Sometimes the quickest way to get something done is to give it to an outside vendor. With an
extensive background and focus in the glazing industry, D&A can rapidly begin developing
strategies and implementing tactics. We will be productive from the start.  We will build on the

competencies.  You can dedicate your limited internal resources to activities that generate

Flexibility
D&A offers a variety of marketing services to meet our clients' marketing needs.  D&A can
offer project work with clear objectives, measurements, and projected time lines.  Project
work allows companies to pay for a specific marketing initiative on a one-time basis.  

Another option is to have D&A on a monthly retainer defined by a marketing plan or scope of
work.  Establishing a retainer allows D&A to commit a designated amount time every month.  
A retainer contract or agreement can be discontinued at any time with a 60 day written
notice.  Both project work and being on retainer allows a great deal of flexibility for the client,
providing limited financial commitment.
